Quick and friendly service! Helped answer all my questions about the app as a new user.

From start to finish, the Judge.me team representative, Jess, was by my side throughout the integration process. I can't say enough nice things about the staff and the product. They went so far as to help with a few custom setups. Yay for reviews!

The App works well so far. I have a little trouble of showing the reviews in my homepage and the support team could help me right away within 5 minutes.

The app is great; you can customize it to fit your brand perfectly and it does a great job in soliciting reviews from customers, with the benefit of also collecting photos, which is great.

In addition to the great app, the service is phenomenal. Any time I have had a question or an issue, they are very quick to resolve it (minutes, not hours or days like many apps). Couldn't be happier with Judge.me and highly recommend to stores looking to boost their reviews.

This app was super easy to set up, and it was so easy to import my reviews from the Shopify Reviews app that is being discontinued. Their support team helped me fix the way it showed up on my website really quickly. Everything was seamless and is working well - super impressed!

Judge.me is amazing. It has everything you could possibly want from a review app. It's amazingly easy to set up. But wait... the best part... The customer support is incredible. Literally every single time I speak with their support staff (for updates or random questions), they go above and beyond. They are all smart and answer your questions very thoroughly. They WANT to help. What more could you ask for? Not only is it MUCH better than Yotpo, much less expensive than Yotpo, but the team at Judge.me actually help you!!! My most recent support person, Hoang, absolutely crushed it. Thanks for a great product and wonderful service.

Great experience! The support team is super friendly and helped me out very fast when I had a problem displaying the reviews on my shop. I am very happy with judge.me and totally recommend it to everyone.
