Have had this app installed for at least 3 years and it has been seamless, easy to use and chat support has been very helpful!

App is really great. Its new interface allows you to easily access all settings. I would also like to thank Soufiane for helping me with all the design changes. The only thing missing is that you cannot edit the translations of all the texts of the application yourself. However, the support team helps in this regard.

The support has been very instant with their replies Abdelrahman takes all the time to understand my inquires and solves the problems in no time.

I have recently downloaded Judge.me for my online store and i was having a few teething issues with being able to display what i was after.

Support reached out to me and asked if i would like assistance and they did not disappoint!

So far, so good! I just installed this app a few months ago and it's been a great experience so far. We don't get a ton of e-commerce traffic (working on it!) but we do get reviews here and there thanks to the Judge.me app. Their tech support crew is super fast and friendly and the app is affordable which is important bc software fees really add up! The review request emails are customizable and easy to set up. I would recommend this app for sure.

Working well for us. It was easy to import old reviews from a previous app that was no longer functioning. We are pleased with JudgeMe thus far. Their support has been fantastic and the price point is very affordable. If you just need a solid review app, this is your answer.
