I generally like this app but it does have some important limitations. For example, it will not count as a verified purchase if the recipient of the products writes the review, instead of the purchaser. What if you receive a gift from a friend or family member? You have to send them your review and they post it, which isn't problematic for most people, but for an 82 year old relative who is not computer proficient, this is an issue. And, it may lead to the recipient feeling like they have to give a more stellar review since they don't want to hurt the gift giver's feelings. Judge.me should develop some way of letting recipients of orders place the review, not just purchasers.
We are using the app for fetching legitimate reviews about our products. This app is quite useful. We are glad that we found it.
I used this app mostly because it integrates with Active Campaign. Customer service is quick and great. The only disappointment is that the email template is too dull and not with too many functions to use.

App lacks some customisable features, but overall very good and the customer support is second to none

Muy cómodo poder automatizar las reviews. De inicio el plan gratuito es ideal. La atención al cliente excelente. Es algo muy importante en las herramientas digitales. Muy recomendable!
Product reviews so far seem great. Had an incident where an archived review got stuck; but support was swift and the technician, Ben, was very quick with noticing an issue and clearing it within the backend. Not entirely sure what is the cause of that and maybe something for dev to look into; but overall, the App seems to be working as intended so far and the orphan review is no longer appearing on my page.

It's a little confusing (I just had trouble with installing review ratings) , but the costumer service (Leonardo) was great with assisting me.
