Exceptional Customer Service. I recently had the pleasure of using Judge.me for my Shopify store, and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service team is outstanding—quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. Abraao, in particular, stood out. His patience and detailed explanations made the entire experience seamless.
Great app and has a helpful support team available 24/7. Have it installed on many of our websites! Recommend for seamless reviews and sites in different countries sharing reviews with ease as well.

I have honestly never come across such fantastic customer service, we moved to this app to save money, it offers the same as others (if not more on the free plan!) - the judge team, especially Jess, helped with the installation + coding, it was so seamless - fantastic job team

One of the worst apps i used. They make you believe to give you free stuff but instead just a bait to get you to the paid plan. Do not fall for the trap of which looks nice on paper.

To confirm, the custom template, the one you were looking at, is available on our Awesome plan with full customizations and drag-and-drop editor.
Besides that, we also have the default templates, which are completely free to edit and use.
