The app is great for being able to show customers reviews! I initially had some trouble when installing the app, but I was able to get help from Andrew with it! He responded to my message and helped with the installation in a very timely manner and even helped me change the colors of the widgets.

So far I've had lots of questions, and the tech support team has been very quick to solve most of my issues. Unfortunately, there are some features I would like to use but they are only available on the paid plan... but I'm still happy overall. I am able to work with what I get on the free plan for now.

We love the app. It's very simple and works across all our 3 Shopify stores. It connects with Klaviyo to request reviews. Design and display on our products pages looks great!

I'd wish that it was possible to create more features to rate similar like on amazon like price, durability or size.

Support also helps to resolve problems within minutes.
