Customer Service is a bit hard to find as the only way is an email buried at the bottom of the help page but the real human help is on point.

I have to tell you, in a world of horrible customer service I can honestly say that the crew of Judge.me are a clear cut above the rest. They have never let me down yet. Fast, effective and polite individuals working there. All too happy to fix issues I was having even when I caused them. Victor helped me this time around and I so appreciated his quick attention to an issue that left unattended would have been bad for my reviews on my site. Faissal was really helpful! I think the app is easy to use as i received alot of customer feedback from it and gained many reviews. When the review suddenly disappeared from our page, i emailed Faissal and he replied within seconds, and within the next 5 minutes, my problem was fixed! All the reviews are back on. im so happy! thank you JUDGME and Faissal for your prompt and excellent help! :)
