Great app, great support! There are so many integrations available, nearly unlimited options.

The process of importing reviews using .csv file is super smooth. I wish there was a way to export a .csv fo any excel file of all your shopify product IDs with product URLs so i could get the template ready but it's okay.

Gorgeous app it adds so much vitality to the website - feedback from customers etc.
But, the best part is the support, if you have an issue you can contact their chat support and within seconds they have a solution, they have provided changes to our code and updates within minutes where others would take days.

I have never seen such an application, such a service before. Customer service is great at solving problems, they solved my problem instantly. Thank you very much Thanh here for his interest and help. Definitely use the application.
