Ron was a very helpful and friendly support agent who helped me set up my Judge.me Product Reviews. It is so great to have such helpful agents to get our apps up and running in our stores. We will definitely recommend him to any future store owners that we run across. Hire more people like him and give him a pay raise!

I can't tell you anything about the app yet, because I am just setting it up and no one has used it to leave a review yet.
What I can tell you about is the terrific customer support I have received. I had some questions, so I emailed them. I got a phone call back from Omar, half a world away! How thoughtful! And he answered my questions on the phone.
Later I chatted on the online chat support with Ben who was very knowledgeable and helpful too.
All this terrific customer support and I am on the free plan.
So, I would say, don't hesitate to try the app. You get great help if you need it or if you just have questions.

The communication is fantastic. They are always adding new features. It is worth every penny. If I have a question it is answered within 2 minutes. Robust program!
