I greatly appreciate the 24/7 chat. Judge.me was able to connect me to an available individual at any given time. They were very accomodating to my needs and was able to assist me in solving my issues. Thank you

We had some issues with our reviews showing up on our shopify but the support we received to ix the issue was 10/10 and it is resolved very quickly and smoothly.

I'm new to this application but will say this about their support. THEY ARE BOTH HELPFUL AND EXSPEEDIENT. I was greeted quickly, was asked about what widgets I wanted, I asked back to explain them to me and was able to see a list of them all with their pricing and propose listed as well as having Pictures of how their products will look. Then I could make my own decision, and my wanted widgets were installed in the blink of an eye. With this type of service for free, I look forward to upgrading when I am ready. Yes, I highly Recommend

My experience with Judge.me is great. The setup process was straightforward, and customer service responded promptly. They helped me resolve my problem. The team member who helped resolve my problem with the last customer review app was Victor. He was very nice, kept me updated, and it took him between 5-7 minutes to solve my problem. I highly recommend Judge.me product reviews for customer reviews and for those who truly value customer service.

Excellent! The app works great and the pricing makes it amazing value for money which is super rare these days. I had an issue with the look and position of the widgets and the support team solved it for me quickly and efficiently. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this app!
