Just started my first POD store and am new to all of this. Judge.me looked like a really valuable and reputable review app so I decided to install it. The live chat person popped up and helped me get it installed so I didn't even have to do anything. All ready to go--easy peasy!

I HAVE JUST INSTALLED THE APP WITH THE HELP OF ANDREW. THE INSTALL PROCESS WAS SEEMLESS. ANDREW WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME WHEN i ASKED QUESTIONS. A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE WHEN ONLY 45 MIN EARLIER I INSTALLED THE 'AIR' APP WHICH WAS HORIFFIC! I UNISTALLED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE , I COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK. THIS WAS A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE.

I HAVE NOT USED THE APP YET, BUT WHEN i DO I WILL REVIEW ACCORDINGLY. IT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMER ON INSTALL. BRAVO! GREAT JOB ANDREW!
