I have not come across another platform that has offered such service as this. The support team never fail to be polite and carefully explain whatever it is you need to do with your queries. One of the best one it comes to customer support, solve your issues easily

This app is great! It offers just the right amount of flexibility we need with our reviews for a great price (we have the paid version). When trying to set up a new integration the team were on-hand with live chat support (on a Sunday!). They anticipated that I was stuck and offered help, giving me the answer I needed in a matter of seconds. Easy to use app that does everything I need it to. Not badly priced, although it would of course be better if Shopify just afford something similar as part of the subscription.

The support is great, they always seems to be available and actually help on the spot rather than having to wait.
