I have been using Judge.me for a while now and I am very satisfied. It is a very easy app to use and the support team is extremely helpful and replies fast. It is also a very intuitive app for my customers to fill out when leaving a review. Would recommend the app to anyone.

So far, so good. I had some problems importing reviews from Etsy at first (it was my user error. I'm not very good with computers) but once I figured it out, it was easy peasy. I had a problem with the example review showing up on my website. I messaged Judge.me and they fixed the problem within minutes.

Great app - way cheaper than any other review option. Has all the customizations you need. Only wish is that you could really easily bulk "delete" review reminders (I'm talking thousands at a time).
