The customer support at Pet's Club is only available via email, and it took about 3 hours for them to address a question I had. I’ve had to use support twice because I felt like I was over my understanding and my experience has been pretty much perfection. Would highly recommend spending the bit extra on the awesome package. The benefits are really worth it. At least for our e-commerce brand, reviews are everything. Love this company!
