So far, it is satisfying all of our needs, even with the free version.

Just got started with this app, but so far it's pretty great. The free version is solid. The support has been solid. And the install was fairly easy. Took a little bit of digging around in the theme code at first, but it was a pretty easy copy and paste once I figured out where to put it. The onboarding instructions didn't quite send me where I needed to go for this (in my store's case) but it wasn't hard to figure out what I needed to do to place the widget where I wanted it. Then when I needed a little technical help, the support was quick and easy. So far, I would definitely recommend this app.

Haven't had a ton of experience with the app yet, but it appears well built and so far works great.

I would definitely recommend the App not difficult to use. The Agent is always available line to assist.
