Very easy to set up and my support experience during a few issues at setup was so seamless - even late at night, I got a response within just a few minutes and a resolution soon after.

Andrew was AMAZINGGGG!!!!! His customer service was awesome and he helped fixed my issue with my judge reviews not showing on my collection page in just a few minutes. So very thankful for his help and quick service. Highly recommend this app!

So far so good. Migrated to Judge Me when Shopify removed their review app. Didn't want to pay for something that was previously free but I'd say it actually represents great value. My theme is 2 years old now so couldn't use the self-service app functionality to be self sufficient, but the support term implemented my requirements brilliantly, including multiple requests by me to change font sizes, colours, widgets etc. The review upload via csv worked really well. So far, very happy with Judge.me app and team! thanks
