Super impressed by their customer service. They were super fast to respond, an actual person and quickly resolved the questions I had. Five stars.

Great app for reviews. It's really easy to integrate with shopify and the support is unmatched! I needed help on a Sunday afternoon with fixing a couple of things and they were able to help me in less than 10 minutes and were so responsive! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best customer service I've ever received from ANY SaaS, Product, and/or Service-based company (including my own) EVER. Don't hesitate. I don't think it's possible to get any better. Oh, and product does it's job well... but the people. WOW. Great job CS team!

Goede app waarbij de helpdesk snel reageert. Veel mogelijkheden, maar er zitten nog kleine verbeterpunten aan de app als het gaat om winkelreviews. Ze zijn meer gericht op productreviews.

The service I never experienced. Perfect! Ron stepped in and helped me to install the app and answered all the questions. Fast and accurate service. I did not start to use the app, but I already like the service!
