Judge.me Product Reviews App

Abraão was very nice and helpful. I needed lot of help to get the app installed right, and he did it. Great customer experience.

Customer service is great! they are super quick to do a live chat and so helpful! I needed help setting up my coupon email, it was easy and quick to do with live chat!

I needed help to get reviews working because the previous version of Shopify was no longer functional, and I couldn't fix things myself in the new app. I wrote to them, literally for 5 minutes, and they got everything working in my online store. I'm very satisfied. They also informed me via email that everything was fixed and asked me to check if everything was working as I wanted.

Just when I was about to uninstall this review app, I decided to chat for help. Abraao was super quick about it and fixed my concern in minutes!!

Easy to use and has the most free features available out of most product review apps. A lot of features are still behind a paywall, but overall it's a good review app for a smaller store. Used their chat function recently and got a helpful response within minutes.

Easy to set up, works beautifully and the only time I needed help, Gabriella helped me fix my issue within 2 minutes. Also love that they have a free option since we are still small. Hope I get to the paid option someday, fingers crossed for big sales!!

I only say 4 right now because I experienced a few glitches that theyre woeking on - so it wasnt a flawless experience, but the app is great and the customer service rep was super nice and helpful. hopefully my issue is resolved successfully
