Really good app, takes the hassle out of reviews and makes it all so much easier. Would definitely recommend.

Beyond amazed by their customer service. If you have an issue they will come back telling you that they fixed it for you. Response time is fast and it seems like they have someone available 24/7. Keep up the good work!

By far the most responsive team I have across in the Shopify App Store. I am literally live after a few hours and not only did they help me import our reviews they also assisted with all questions and gave us tips. Amazing team

Works like a charm. About every fifth customer of ours leaves a review, which is amazing. Customer support is the best you can imagine, they'll do anything you may ask what comes to placing or styling the Judge.me widgets. Been loving Judge.me for years and also recommended it to various other e-commerce businesses.

The app is great, but the support is even better. I was having two issues. One was my fault due to accidentally importing duplicate reviews (without realizing it), so they were showing up twice in the reviews widget. The other was that the images in the reviews weren't showing on the reviews widget.

I contacted support and they quickly figured out the duplication issue and resolved it for me. While they were at it they noticed the images issue without me having told them about it yet, and they fixed that, too.

Excellent support and great app. Highly recommended.

Works well. Great results right out of the box, and thanks to the good customer service it was easy to get it fully tailored to our needs.

Judg.me has been awesome. Plenty of integrations and control over the display. Easy to moderate and great support! The support is amazing. I recently needed to transfer several years worth of reviews from Etsy to Shopify and with the help of support we were able to do this quickly and painlessly. Great app and keeps getting better!
