A very positive experience with Jude me. If anyone is looking for a product review app, this is definitely a 5-stars or maximum number of stars for customer service even on a free plan.

The support agent that came on to help me set up the app widgets, was amazing. He recommended the add ons and did it all for me. Made the set up stress free knowing he just clicked and did it all within 5mins. very happy with the support given to allow the app to run smoothly and best for my business.

I was trying to setup the review on my website, I was struggling a lot. Then I got a chat from Ron offering to do it for me. He did do it for me and also setup the email automation for me. Overall, Ron was very helpful and saved me a lot of time. He also was very quick to respond.
