However, it was no good for us as they don't allow you to change star shape from rounded to hard edges. So it has a pretty cheap look and feel to it. Perhaps good for dropshipping stores but not higher end products.

The star shapes bare Judge.me branding so we don't support changing it from rounded to hard edges by default. However, it can be achieved with Javascript and CSS.
If you're feeling technical or have a developer with you, we're very happy to share with you some tips and tricks to make this happen.
The support here is fantastic! Felix helped me with setting up my judge.me account and converting my existing product reviews from another app across into judge.me
There was a couple of glitches that I needed resolving as not all of my reviews weren't showing up but Felix sorted them our very quickly. The chat box kept dropping out also, but he managed to keep the communication which I really appreciate. All the links sent to help connect the account are very clear and straightforward. I'm looking forward to using this affordable app as I am also able to link my reviews across to Google in their paid plan, which is still significantly cheaper than the alternative app I was previously using!
