easy experience

I haven't experienced the app yet, but I have experienced the support from the team. Ron, was my customer support agent and he was incredible. What a change to have a real person on the chat function, and one that knows what they are doing. He literally set this app up for me. Adjusting my product pages to collect reviews and show the star rating and even helped me customise the look and feel of the emails.

I have to say that I was so grateful when Ron popped up on my screen! I felt overwhelmed as soon as i downloaded the app and tried to get started. But then Ron appeared and fixed everything. Nothing was too much trouble!

This app is exactly what my business needs. When I installed it I was already contacted by Ron who just took the wheel and organised it all for me. That's 5 star service right there because I don't have the time to figure it all out myself. Thanks Ron for making life easier for me and I am so happy I chose this app for my reviews.

Awesome professional service. Needed help configuring app and via cht this was sorted out in a few minutes, also had all my reviews from another review app imported at the same time. Very impressed

Just added the app (with some help from their customer service team), it looks great on our site and sits well in the store. I was able to import our old shopify reviews and now need to take a root around and look at all the extra options it gives
