Le support client est extrêmement réactif et compétent, même pour des ajustements techniques précis.
Le widget d’avis s’intègre parfaitement au thème Shopify et les options de personnalisation sont nombreuses.

They answered very quickly, went straight to the point, and fixed my issue on the first try. No endless back and forth, no copy-paste replies – they actually checked my store, understood the problem and solved it efficiently.

The app interface has improved, but some functions are still difficult to locate. A search feature would greatly assist users in finding what they need. Additionally, some widgets may not work properly at times, so it’s important to check them periodically. Furthermore, the design of the review section could be enhanced to appear more professional.

Great app. Works well, lots of widget and display options.. Just overall seamless and easy to collect reviews with. No complaints..

And for the price, probably hard to beat this app, honestly. Judgeme offers as much as some of the big names at a fraction the cost.

Support replies almost instantly via chat and very quick to help with whatever, so that's really appreciated and a strong positive.
