I love how the free plan offers just what a startup needs to collect reviews - I am able to personalize the emails and schedule them out for whatever time frame you choose. customer service was super fast and helpful when I had a question too! I highly recommend!

We had an issue with review not being directly linked to a specific item. They were prompt to reply and got our issues resolved the 1st time. Great customer service. Happy customer!!

Judge.me is a great app for collecting and displaying ratings/reviews. Having previously had our product Q&A hosted elsewhere, the import functionality was very handy. Unfortunately, I made a small mistake that incorrectly imported over 1k Q&As and would've taken a long time to fix! Thanks to Mohamed in customer support, issue resolved in minutes. Andrew did a great job supporting me. He mentioned he is new and admitted to not knowing something. I really appreciate his honesty and quickly finding the answers I was looking for.

My only concern is that he plugged my reviews json file into a free online tool to convert it to CSV. He was definitely doing this to help, but this is also a potential risk as PII or other business information could be being farmed from it.

Other than that, I'm happy with the product so far and the support I've received.

the judge me team has been great since the start. they are always quick to respond and help with issues. today I noticed that I was missing reviews on products that I had condensed from being multiple products into one product with drop-downs, and Felix very quickly helped me move the reviews to the correct products. The whole team is wonderful to work with and highly recommended.

So far so good, does exactly what you need it to do. We're satisfied. Just make sure you set it up properly, you definitely do not need any other review app.
