Overall the app is great and their support is top-notch! I wish there was some ability to configure the All Reviews widget since it's hard to get it to match my branding and configure the layout.

We had a technical question and Igor helped us to solve it very quickly and professional. We are happy with such an outstanding service.

Well, the support is good, and the review process is straightforward. The main thing I don't like is that customers get a request for review every time they purchase until they finally write a review. I'd prefer they only get one request for each different product.

The support was impeccable and helped. 1 star deduction because you cannot delete the positions of the reviews (duplicate entries) yourself and you can only do this via support.

Ho appena installato l'applicazione, siccome non ho un tema convenzionale, ho chiesto aiuto al supporto per farmi dare una mano, sono stato aiutato da Ron molto gentile e disponibile ! mi ha installato il plugin in pochissimo tempo, soprattutto mi ha indicato le migliori best practice da usare.
Non metto 5 stelle perché ho appena installato l'applicazione , per il momento tutto molto bene !

J'ai eu quelques soucis avec la mise en place des avis sur ma boutique.
J'ai contacté le support via l'application, mon problème a été résolu dans la journée.
Très efficace
