Easy to use, and when I did need a bit of assistance it was really easy to contact somebody and have a conversation to find out the information that I needed.

Faissal was incredible, he helped a lot and was the difference between me uninstalling the app to keeping it.

The customer service is really good and when you have that you always know that what ever issues you run into, someone is there to help, which as a founder is an absolute must!

Its a great tool. A good help desk and it has automation which is handy . I do need to learn how to use it more effectively
