Victor did a great job helping me move a review that had been incorrectly assigned to the wrong product and then went on to show me how to prevent it in the future. Nice customer service!

It can be integrated with other software, and can be connected to the Google merchant center with one click (although, I don't want to connect yet). It has powerful functions and can provide awesome customer service

Great customer service. I encountered an issue with their review forms and Mohamed was very helpful in resolving this issue. He also helped me add additional customizations in a quick and efficient manner.
