Since shopify is removing their basic review option, I am trying this based on multiple recommendations. I am currently using the free plan.
The theme I use didn't allow me to use their easy set up option and I didn't have time to work out how to add the code, so I contact live chat and the assistant Soufiane set it up for me in just a couple of minutes.
It looks as though it has quite a few extra features to experiment with too.
It does import from AliExpress but I have no use for Chinese dropship sites.
I would love if it could import Amazon and Etsy reviews. I would definitely upgrade to the Awesome plan if that was a feature!

By far the most responsive team I have across in the Shopify App Store. I am literally live after a few hours and not only did they help me import our reviews they also assisted with all questions and gave us tips. Amazing team

Excellent app and support. Faced some minor issue which we couldn't resolved. Support team immediately jumped in and sorted it within couple of hours. Highly recommended on your shopify store.

In assisting with the configuration of Judge.me for our Shopify store, Jess has been quite helpful and responsive.

So far so good... the support is really responsive. I am still in the learning curve but it looks like a great app
