Installation was simple, after a simple import of our previous reviews and a widget customisation, we were ready to make the switch. The customer service team responded to our questions in 4 minutes and they were able to jump in and assist with the customisation needed from us.

Im just starting out with the app, but so far Im impressed with support. Soufiane was fast, agile and proactively offered help with transferring my reviews to Judge.me. Looking forward to testing the app more so I can better review it
