I fought with 4 other review apps before trying judge me. The installation process with others was confusing, support either didn't answer, took days to answer, or only sent me to a guide to solve the problem.

I just started using this app. There's a lot of ways to personalize all of the settings for store branding. Customer support has also been very helpful and quick!

Just set up this app on my shopify acct and before I had even gotten 2 steps into installation, customer service popped up asking me if I would like to have them take care of it for me! Within minutes he had the app installed and offered to (and then took care of) changing the review buttons to match the theme of my page and add to not only the items themselves in the shop, but the collections as well! What service! Thank you!
