After I install the judge.me plugin to my store, Im still confuse how to do the configurtaion, then Judge.me support named Ron offer me the support immediately. I'm blown away by their service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the technical support I received. The representative went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved promptly and effectively. Fast and nice!

Fantastic experience with Judge.me. We transitioned over from Shopify Reviews (which is being deprecated). We were having some trouble installing the app into our theme as we are using a bit of an older theme. However, Abraão with judge.me was able to help put the code right into our theme for us! Fantastic experience.

I just installed Judge.me and I have to say that this was the best customer service that I've ever experienced from a technology company. They really set the bar. I had a bit of trouble initially getting the app to install properly, and someone from their team resolved it in less than an hour. Very impressive. The app looks great on my Shopify website too!

I'm still exploring the app as I'm still new to Shopify, and I do see a lot of potential on this app even with the free version. I gotta say the support, Han, was super helpful and response very quickly.
