The support's excellent - always responsive and helpful. Abderrahman and the team have been very supportive. UPDATE 25/6: Today I returned with a request and - once again - Abderraham was brilliant: he made a few bespoke adjustments to the review display options and helped me resolve an issue outside of his scope - he didn't make the change. Still, he pointed me in the right direction and that was very helpful. I can recommend this app without fear of contradiction.

Currently in set-up but very impressed so far. I didn't realise you can easily import reviews collected elsewhere (including Etsy) which is absolutely brilliant if you're worried, as I was, about started with nothing.

They respond right away and take care of the problem. This means so much to technically challenged individuals. Thank you, Han, for doing an excellent job.

The customer service has been incredible, I had several problems when I wanted to customize this app, but Victor Pimentel attended my concerns and did great, he left my store great, he is a very patient service and willing to do whatever you want.

Great for reviews! Was easy enough to import my Etsy reviews in a few steps. I would say I wish that for my imported reviews there was an option to edit and link to a specific item if it didn't have it already attached on the CSV file. Customer service was great. Just wish it was a fully free app!
