The support team at Judge.me is fantastic. I had a problem linking the star ratings to specific products last night. I emailed them, and they responded immediately. I thought I'd get an automated email and have to wait days for a solution, but all interactions were in person, and my problem was solved within half an hour - such a difference from most apps, which have AI bots and long wait times. Highly recommend.

This is a good review app that's reasonably easy to work straight out of the box. I had one issue with my reviewers' names being very slightly cut off and support was on to it incredibly fast. Good app with very good support that doesn't mess about.

This app is fantastic! Since I downloaded it, my reviews have increased, and I really appreciate the ability to add photos—something my previous app lacked. Additionally, the customer service is fast and efficient! I've contacted them a couple of times, and they always respond quickly to resolve my issues.
