Shortly after I downloaded the app, I had a lot of questions. A chat window popped up from Ron asking if I needed any help. I needed alot of help getting started!!! Oh my goodness, creating a new website and all the components is a bit overwhelming. Ron was very patient and extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me step by step instructions for the tasks I was trying to complete. He gave such excellent information with screenshots - I have been referring back to all week as I was trying to set up my reviews in Shopify. Thank you Ron! You are awesome!!!

Works great, they should do some work on the design options, but that's it.

This is a very good app that makes it easy for customers/consumers of your products able to directly give their thought and view about you products and services. I highly recommend.

Phenomenal support! I rebuilt our website in a new theme and generated new skus for several existing products. All the reviews were missing or lost but their support team did all the work to get them up and visible again. Can't go wrong with these guys!
