there's absolutely no word to describe my experience with Jess, she helped without me having to do anything but to accept her collaborator request! Thanks a lot! I'm on free plan but considering paid plan now because the experience.

I was having a problem where the stars in my Shopify stall weren't displaying as I wanted, and Felix was very prompt and assisted me so quickly. I was very grateful for his assistance.

My store is reporting an error with code on the page after installing the judge review plugin
“Liquid error (snippets/review-widget line 12): Could not find asset snippets/judgeme_widgets.liquid”
I opened the online help window and Mr. Igor was very responsive, technically professional, detailed and friendly.
In the end the problem was solved, probably because my theme template could not be verified judge compatible and needed to be installed manually. Keep up the good work and hope it gets better.

A really great app that is pretty much a must have.

There's a lot of apps out there that you may or may not need or that nickle and dime you. This has great free features and some awesome paid features.

I have been using Judge Me for 3 years + and had no issues and great results with customer reviews. Recently I needed help with some older reviews on my website and Hoang went above and beyond to help me resolve this quickly so excellent service, thank you
