Judge.me Product Reviews App

Update: I had given this app 5 reviews. Since then, I added a second site with more to come. However, there is ONE guy at the support group that has made this a nightmare for me. Everybody else is great. However, whenever I run into this guy, I spend hours and he never solved a single problem. As a result, I am lowering this to 4 reviews.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I tried 5 different Review apps. Judge.me is absolutely the best value - by far. It has excellent support (well, except for that 1 guy). It is the most native Review app for Shopify and it has all the bells and whistles you would find in other apps that are so much more expensive.

The agent completed the task I had started and even made a customization suggestion, which really made difference in the appearance of our web site. I absolutely love Judge.me. It is a great product with unbelievable support. I was having an install issue and it was Sunday...so i uninstalled to reinstall and received an email from the president because I had uninstalled. I replied because I wanted the app...and stated the difficulty i was having and he began addressing my issue. That was amazing. The tech support representative answered every question, gave me all the info i needed to understand how to gain reviews for my very small business on the free plan; and fixed everything. I am a Judge.me customer. And will upgrade to the paid plan.
