Judge.me Product Reviews App

Really easy integration, immediate results and huge for our search response. The free version provides a great access point to getting reviews published and you can upgrade as you grow. Highly recommend!

We've usually had good experiences with the Judge.me app. Easy to use, affordable, responsive customer service. However, they are currently having an issue - the Judge.me reviews are not properly syncing to Shop App reviews; only random reviews are synced - which has brought our Shop App review average to 2.5 stars.

I had a problem importing reviews from another app to Judge.me. The AI couldn't fix it, so I asked for a real person to help. The support was fast and easy. They uploaded all my reviews in one minute. Now I will explore the app more. Maybe I will update this review later about how the free features work, and if I try the paid plan.

I had an amazing experience with Judge.me's customer support. The person was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help me. I was struggling to change the colors of the reviews on my store, but the support agent took care of everything for me and made the exact adjustments I requested.
