Very helpful with a bug in the app where it would not add the reviews and star rating widgets within the shopify Block. They manually added custom code within the page and those can be dragged as needed.

This app has been very helpful with establishing social proof. It works well with our theme and looks great. Love the automated review collection and review push to social media. Customer service is fantastic.

The issue was user-created, but the support team was understanding and eager to help. I highly recommend this app if you want a review app for your site.

Great app and great support. I use custom colours and there have been some conflicts but I contacted support and they resolved my issues within minutes. I have needed to contact support on a few other occasions but they have always been able to resolve anything I have needed. I would definitely recommend this app.

This app has made my shop beautiful. It's the number one review app, but the support is also great. Support person Binh used a video to show me how to check my browser settings to resolve the issue of reviews not showing up on the site. Even though it was a problem with my browser settings, he checked it on many different browsers. A few other things helped too. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much for your help.

So been struggling a while, to get my reveiws on collection pages, with several e-mails. So today used the chat instead and Soufiane literally asked for access and it was done in like 2 minutes. I now have lovely reveiw stars showing on collection pages. What a gem. Such a great app.
