Judge.me Product Reviews App

The Judge.me app is incredibly user-friendly and looks fantastic on the site. On the very rare occasion that I encounter any issues, their chat support is impressively quick, and problems are always resolved promptly. Recently, Oualid assisted me with a specific issue and provided a solution within minutes.

After building my Shopify store website myself (huge achievement for me!) choosing an app to collate reviews for my crafting business was the next big step.

Lots of research and reading other peoples reviews later, I decided to go with the free plan! And I'm very pleased with the results and professional look it adds to my website.
I've even been able to bring my Etsy reviews over without using and paying for another app, which was more than suitable for me.

The automated emails to customers kindly asking for reviews along with the notifications you get when someone leaves one means you can just get on with running your business.

I had to reach out to the support team yesterday and again 5 stars for the very quick help and support I received!

I am by no means tech savvy, so if I can get to grips and love the results anyone can!

Felix was amazing with taking our feedback and making the plug in exactly what we were hoping it could look like!

I can highly recommend the Judge.me app for reviews. Had it on my shop for over a year, no issues whatsoever with collecting and reviewing Reviews. Works seamlessly. Had a bit of a challenge to get DNS verification for the email return path, but the support team helped me out and sorted it within 15min of my contacting them. Shout out to Rodrigo! 5 Star service :)

The best review app you can get. Support responded to me at 3 AM, just 1 min after submitting a ticket, and they resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes. I cannot recommend it enough

Judge Me has the best customer service. Their team is available via message anytime I need them and have jumped into our shopify store to make adjustments for me when needed. So helpful!

Got great help from Mohammed! Had a couple of issues with the mail and page widget, he fixed it super fast and got some extra hints for me.

The app is quite straightforward/basic, but I give five stars for customer service alone—they provide fast replies and are attentive and helpful. Cheers!
