Abraão was very helpful and prompt! I was having some issues with the reviews uploading to the store, but Abraao stepped in quickly assisted and resolved the issue. I like the fact that I didn't have to wait 24 hours for assistance like some apps. Abraao also gave me a promo for 15 days free trail for the Judge me Awesome plan, I'm currently on the free plan. I just switched to Judgeme for my reviews this week and what I do know is the customer service is top notch. The app is new to me but so far it's looks like it's exactly what I needed. The customer support is prompt and efficient. When I couldn't figure out how to import my reviews from a previous app, they promptly did it for me
