My experience with Ron's customer support was seamless and very helpful. This is an app I will be definitely recommending to entrepreneurs.

The app allows a great deal of flexibility with your customer reviews. The customer support is also 11/10 I would recommend Judge.e for any other merchant. Cant go wrong with these guys :)

We have been using Judge.me for a while for our review collection and find it has been super beneficial and very easy to use and customize. I hope one day there could be an option to upgrade and integrate with Google Customer Reviews (not just product reviews) but I understand that is probably a hurdle with Google itself. Overall very pleased with the app and customer support.

Judge.me has been AWESOME. Every time I need something done they have been so quick to helping me. For example, I wanted the review carousel and star reviews on certain pages, and was not able to do so myself. I reached out to customer service and they do it within minutes.
