Customer service and support is key to those of us without the knowledge of even simple tasks on shopify. One quick chat and all was fixed in a matter of minutes, with Christian being the hero of the day.
So far the app seems to hit all the checkmarks of our previous app without a mind boggling fee that some of us small shops cannot afford to buy into.
