I needed assistance with adding my reviews to my collection page and Abderrahman responded and resolved my need quickly.

This is a must have app. Without good reviews your sales will be affected. Reviews show up in Google search results which improves the click through rate. It's silly to not have this app, good reviews means good sales!

excellent help with Abderrahman. he helped to trouble shoot a backend issue and customized some things for our site in regards to review display!

Andrew did a great job supporting me. He mentioned he is new and admitted to not knowing something. I really appreciate his honesty and quickly finding the answers I was looking for.

My only concern is that he plugged my reviews json file into a free online tool to convert it to CSV. He was definitely doing this to help, but this is also a potential risk as PII or other business information could be being farmed from it.

Other than that, I'm happy with the product so far and the support I've received.
