Support was GREAT! They quickly fixed the issues I was facing.

I was soooooo nervous about losing my product reviews from a previous app. The support I received was absolutely amazing. Ron was great...beyond exceptional. Made the process an easy and smooth one...highly recommend and excited for what's to come.

This review app is so easy to understand and the customer support is very responsive. Only using the free version at present but plan on the paid version once my store gets going.

I am so happy with the assistance I received from Abderrahman in chat support! I was having trouble learning how to transfer over my older reviews from Shopify to the Judge.me app, and he quickly asked for my csv file and actually did it for me! I rarely come across customer service that actually is helpful, and he was so quick to help and he actually took a task of my "to-do" list. It made my day! Thank you so much! ~Christine

It's really exceptional to use this application. I have tried others which are paid but with more complicated navigation. Thanks to the assistant Ron, I was able to avoid complications which I encountered during my first uses. I'm having a fantastic experience with judge me reviews
