Exceptional customer service, and the fastest help I have ever received online!

I was struggling to finish one step from my side, emailed the help desk, and received an email back just a few minutes later - not only with instructions and a link explaining how to do it in future, but also a note to let me know that it had already been fixed on my behalf!

Judge.me is a great app for collecting and displaying ratings/reviews. Having previously had our product Q&A hosted elsewhere, the import functionality was very handy. Unfortunately, I made a small mistake that incorrectly imported over 1k Q&As and would've taken a long time to fix! Thanks to Mohamed in customer support, issue resolved in minutes. Great app and support - highly recommend.
