Installation and configuration were straightforward, making the setup process smooth. I only encountered some difficulty enabling the multi-language interface, but the support team responded quickly and guided me to the settings location. We needed an app to help us share our 6000 5-star reviews from Etsy over to our Shopify page, and this app has worked really well.
