It's really exceptional to use this application. I have tried others which are paid but with more complicated navigation. Thanks to the assistant Ron, I was able to avoid complications which I encountered during my first uses. I'm having a fantastic experience with judge me reviews
Only installed the app today but so far so good
Worked so easily and had instant customer support which setup and customised it so it would match my website layout and colours! Really happy with the result, makes the pro plan worthwhile

Awesome customer support. I had issues with email verification (DKIM) & the issue got resolved with in few minutes of reaching out the customer support via chat.
The support personnel was also helpful in clarifying other queries.
Update: Recently we faced issues with 'Write a Review' button not displayed in Chrome browsers in some mobile devices & reported to Judge.me support. The support team was very responsive & resolved the issue in less than 12 Hrs.

Absolutely amazing for the free plan, exactly what I need in my phase of my business. The only ask I wish it had was the ability to import my brand's primary color easily to replace the default Judge.me green that is used quite frequently & is hardcoded in many places, making it hard to track down sometimes exactly where the color needs to be set. Would be nice if there was one central setting that could replace all of the default colors easily.
It's an okay app, but it has a great support team that's available 24/7, which is a big plus! Especially, Carlos has done a great job supporting me through every kind of issue I was facing.
