Works great, features are amazing even on the free plan.

Got in contact with them regarding customizing the "review app" background color.

A guy member named Abraão helped me with that and even made it for me in 5 min and responded to all my messages fast.

He even was kind enough to tell me that i didn't have Star rating on my products. He asked if he should add it for me and also did it in less than 5 min.

i was heistate to use them at the first place coz they are so cheap that im concerned i wont get good customer service , but i gave it a try coz i been paying another company at 10 times more expensive for over 7 years ! i checked the functionailty , judge is even better! after i installed, wow, the customer service is exceptional! no matter when i need them, 4 am, 10 pm, weekend, holiday, i always get respond promotly and they addressed all my concerns!

Excellent service and great product! I had trouble adding one of the options to my site and Soufiane was very helpful and had the option up and running within minutes. I love the option to review a product or the shop as a whole.
