Very fast Support!

I really like this software, I am fascinated by the speed at which issues are handled, and I find that whenever you have a question, every effort is made to assist you through it, and anything you don't understand, you are helped step by step. Putting aside the speed at which problems are handled, I also honestly feel that this software is really very good, simple and easy to use. Highly recommended 10 stars, just a shame that the most you can get is 5 stars already full.

Cassiano was great, really helpful and helped us with several issues in a really quick time. Everything we needed doing he was able to do for us.

The customer service I received today was top notch. Both assistants were quick to respond and gave step by step instructions to help get me set up. They even assisted me with converting a file to the correct CSV file that was needed.

Firsly the support is fantastic, helped me through my problem and in no time and the widget or app is perfect for a beginner
