I initially had some frustrations losing reviews when i changed my shop themes. ( (this isnt a regular issue - so do not be concerned) it was due to my particular shop.
I contacted them and they were very very helpful and assigned someone to assist in my recovering these for me on my site.
Extremely helpful and very appreciative of their prompt and easy resolution.
