Wish I would have installed this app sooner. Easy to implement, customer support has been EXTREMELY helpful & responsive for anything I couldn't figure out on my own.

I encountered an issue where a review was mistakenly linked to the wrong product by the customer. Hoang from customer services resolved this quickly and efficiently. The app is outstanding and, in my opinion, a must-have.

The app is wonderful and works great! But more important is that the customer service is fantastic. I just upgraded from the free version to the paid version, which is not very expensive, to get some extra features. I am very happy with this app!

I initially gave 4 stars because I just added the app to my Shopify store and haven't used it much. The representative installed the app to my store and included my brand color, for FREE. Fast forward TODAY and I needed to do a product switch because I mucked up and the representative was chill and accommodating. The process was simple. I'm giving FIVE STARS because I notice a pattern... Judge.me makes it easy to do biz and do biz with them (as in customer service). Keep up the good work.
